Backstory: Jin Jooha was born in a lower class household with his mom and dad. At an early age him and his mother had to move away numerous times due to his father who was a gambler had owed a debt. Ever since then debt collectors have been trying to follow them until settled in a small town in South Korea where their restaurant slowly thrived and they were finally living peacefully. However, one day Jooha befriended a handsome man who was a rich CEO of a big company in Seoul and from then on life seemingly started to get better that is until the debt collectors found them again and continued to harass them and his mom. Suddenly tragedy struck and joohas mom ended her life due to the pressure overwhelming her.
With nowhere to go Jooha asked his friend to help him out however his friend turns out to be a vile and manipulative person who desires to keep Jooha to his self and will do anything to control him. So for exchange for helping Jooha with his debt he has to offer his body to certain customers. Jooha suddenly realized that he was different from other people when he one day relieves himself and suddenly genuine real pearls emerged from his body and when his “friend” finds out about this ability he uses it to his advantage and decides that will be collateral for his debt. But the debt turns out to be a ruse in order to fully control Jooha and ostracize him from society. With no hope and no one to help him Jooha is alone with no friends or family his only dream now is to escape from the hell he’s in and one day find a real love.
